GENERAL GUIDELINES Host Event must post show schedule, terms and conditions and entry information on Event website no later that 60 days prior to the first day of Event. Host Events are required to advertise Qualifier divisions via Host Event website, and social media starting 60 days prior to the event. TRFAM will provide the 2025 Qualifier Host Event logo. Logos and colors cannot be altered. Host Event is required to provide TRFAM with two media credentials, at no charge, for official TRFAM media, when available, to attend Host Event providing social media coverage.
PHOTO AND VIDEO Host Event shall deliver to Company, to the email address megan@TRFAM.com, within thirty (30) days after the qualifier, one copy of each of the qualifiers picture and run in digital format acceptable to Company. Company is not obligated to pay Host Event for any Image(s) or Video (s) under any circumstance.
By providing the Images to Company, Host Event hereby represents and warrants that:
SOCIAL MEDIA Host Event agrees to promote TRFAM prior to and during their event via social media platforms, event website, and event exposure, starting 60 days prior to the first day of the Host Event. Host Event will promote TRFAM via Social Media platforms, using hashtags #therunforamillion #TRFAM #TRFAM2024
Company’s social media platforms include: Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/TheRunForAMillionOfficial Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/therunforamillionofficial/ RESULTS New for 2025 please submit ALL results electronically to kelseybmgevents@gmail.com. We have also created a results summary form, that you should have received in the zip file after submitting your application. Hard copies no longer need to be sent. On this form the host event can choose to pay with a credit card or choose to mail a check.
TRFAM WILL PROVIDE HOST EVENTS WITH THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS
2025 REGIONAL HOST EVENT APPLICATION ROOKIE AND NON PRO CHAMPIONSHIPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF HOST EVENT COMPETITION
2025 qualifiers are being offered at regional NRHA approved events. The qualifying classes will run concurrent with NRHA Rookie Level 1 & 2 and NRHA Ancillary Non Pro divisions held by event. Exhibitors are required to enter into the corresponding NRHA event divisions to be eligible for The Run For A Million (TRFAM) Qualifier. The top five placings, and ties in each slate, qualify to compete at The Run For A Million, August, 2025, Las Vegas, NV. Qualification is based on the rider, not the horse, only one time qualification required. Zero and No Scores do not qualify. TERMS The following sets forth the material terms and conditions of the Qualifying Host Event Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into by and between The Run For A Million, Inc ("Company") and
(“Host Event”) in connection with the supply, use and inclusion of the products and/or services described herein in the "Run For A Million" ("Program").
Entry fee for each qualifying division, per slate is $250, $200 is to be paid the TRFAM, $50 to be retained by show management. No prize money is offered and these qualifiers are not NRHA approved, but do fall under the same rules and regulations. The entry fees have been established to ensure those who are committed to wanting to take part in TRFAM Challenges have the opportunity to do so without the possibility of being knocked out of a top five spot by another exhibitor who does not wish to, or cannot participate at TRFAM.
Host Event agrees to provide Company a complete list of all exhibitors entered in the qualifiers including their contact emails, must be emailed to KelseyBMGevents@gmail.com within 15 days of the last day of event competition. All qualifier entry fees must be paid to TRFAM within thirty days after the last day of competition. A $100 late fee, per division, will be applied after the 30 day deadline. Mail check to TRFAM, 28150 N Alma School Pkwy, 103-619, Scottsdale, AZ 85262, pay by credit card or zelle. If payment and results are not received, the host event will be suspended from holding any future qualifying events.
Host Event hereby grants to The Run For A Million, Inc and its licensees and assigns (i) the irrevocable right to make audio and video recordings (including without limitation photographs) (including without limitation any names, signs, displays, designations, logos, artwork, packaging, labeling, trademarks and service marks therein or thereon); and (ii) the irrevocable right to edit, broadcast and/or transmit such recordings in all manners, formats and media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity in such manner, by such means, and to such extent as The Run For A Million, Inc may desire, in connection with the Program and all advertising, publicity and marketing related thereto (including, without limitation, the irrevocable worldwide right to display Host Event names, logos, artwork, packaging, trademarks and service marks, etc. in all manners, formats, and media now known or hereafter devised, including Internet web sites, either within or independent of such recordings, in connection with advertising, publicity and marketing related to the Program, its exhibitors and/or sponsors thereof). All rights of every kind in and to such recordings in all manners, formats and media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation all copyrights therein and all renewals, extensions and restorations of said copyrights) shall be solely owned throughout the universe in perpetuity by The Run For A Million, Inc.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY By agreeing to host TRFAM Challenge qualifier, the event
(“Host Event”) I hereby expressly waive and release The Run For a Million, Inc., Brumley Management Group, Inc., Bosque Ranch Headquarters, LLC, Gaughan South, LLC, dba South Point Hotel and Casino, and their agents, representatives, officers, employees, subcontractors, directors, affiliates, members, officials, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to participation as a Run for a Million Regional Host Event, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against any Releasee, and forever release and discharge the Releasees from liability under such claims. This waiver and release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liabilities that Arizona law does not permit to be released by agreement. Further, I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorney fees, fees, the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this [Release/Agreement], and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my participation or presence in the Run for a Million event, including any claim related to my own negligence or the ordinary negligence of Releasees. The Run For A Million, Inc. and Brumley Management Group, Inc. reserve the right to cancel the event or change its features at any time without notice.

(“Host Event”) understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of hosting TRFAM Rookie and Non Pro Challenge Qualifiers and agree to provide TRFAM, Inc. with the fees collected and information required within the fifteen day deadline.
