The Run For A Million – Medications Agreement

In reference to the $100,000 Added Open Shoot Out - 2027 The Run For A Million (TRFAM), Million Dollar Reining Competition Qualifier (the “Event”), being held August 15, 2026 at The Run For A Million competition event, located at South Point Arena and Equestrian Center, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89183. During the course of the competition, horses landing in top five status for the Event will have blood samples drawn by a licensed veterinarian for testing for the use of illegal substances as defined in the rules of the National Reining Horse Association Handbook. In addition to illegal substances per NRHA rules, all forms of tranquilizing agents including ROMIFIDINE, or any generic version thereof, is considered an illegal substance for the Event by event management and the presence of such substance in testing relating to the Event will result in disqualification.

Tests will be submitted by licensed veterinarian to the NRHA designated lab testing facility. Any horse, found with illegal substances or legal medications outside the defined limits, will be disqualified. If a rider’s horse tests positive there will be no substitutions for disqualified horses and the rider will not be allowed to compete in the 2026 TRFAM Million Dollar Reining Competition. No reimbursements for competition expenses including but not limited to entries, stalls, feed, bedding, hotels and transportation will be provided and said individual will be subject to the disciplinary procedures set forth by the National Reining Horse Association in Article A of the handbook.

BEHAVIOR, CONDUCT AND ANIMAL WELFARE: Any unprofessionalism, conduct unbecoming an exhibitor or entrant, (whether an owner, participant, family of a participant, or other such agent as that term shall be defined by BRUMLEY MANAGEMENT GROUP (BMG), disrespect, deceit, disparagement, directed to the event, show management, grounds crew, show representatives, co-participants or team members, sponsors, judges and/or the network will result in disqualification from competition and removal from the facility. No reimbursements for competition expenses including but not limited to entries, stalls, feed, bedding, hotels and transportation will be provided and said individual will be subject to the disciplinary procedures set forth by the National Reining Horse Association in Article A of the handbook. Anyone found to be abusing animals will be disqualified from the event, removed from the facility, and reported to NRHA. IN ADDITION, THESE INDIVIDUALS WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY BRUMLEY MANAGEMENT GROUP EVENTS INCLUDING TRFAM FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR. Reinstatement of the right to exhibit is based on review by BMG show management.

APPLICABLE LAW This Agreement is made with reference to the laws of the State of Arizona, shall be governed by and construed in accordance therewith, and any court action brought under or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in any competent court within the State of Arizona.

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read, fully understand, and agree to this Agreement. I hereby release, indemnify and/or hold harmless, The Run For A Million, Inc., the National Reining Horse Association, Truly Original, LLC, Paramount Global Media Company, their agents, representatives, officers, employees, subcontractors, directors, and officials from and against all allegations, demands, losses, claims, damages or suits.
