GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

STALLS. All horses entering the South Point Arena, barns, and related facilities (collectively, the “Premises”) must have a stall. Day fees and tie-outs are not permitted. Showing from your trailers is prohibited. Stalls are available for move-in starting August 7, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. and continue through midnight, and all other days move-in is from 8am to 8pm. The stall fee is $425 per stall for the duration of the show if reserved by July 15, 2026, or $475 if reserved after July 15, 2026. Stall assignments are based on reservation time and subject to availability.

Horses competing in both TRFAM and the National Stock Horse Association (“NSHA”) event must purchase full stalls for both events, with TRFAM stalls being purchased through TRFAM. Early stalls for the NSHA Futurity are available August 13 and 14, 2026, and must be reserved through NSHA.

1. CHECK IN. All riders must check in at the show office to receive their show packet. Registration papers, Coggins test, health certificate, and proof of membership may be required. Exhibitors are responsible for verifying their back number before entering the ring.

2. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS & CERTIFICATES. All horses, including horses residing in the state of Nevada, must have a valid health certificate dated within thirty (30) days of arrival and a Coggins test current within one (1) year of arrival. Registration papers may be required upon arrival or at check-in for confirmation of event entries with show management.

Horses without proper documentation will not be allowed on the premises. No on-site health certificates or Coggins tests will be provided. Check www.equinediseasecc.org/alerts before departure for current requirements.

3. SHAVINGS. Each stall includes six (6) bags of white pine shavings and two (2) stall mats. Additional bedding must be ordered through the South Point Hotel & Casino. OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

All tack, feed, shavings, and other items must be stored inside stalls. Refrigerators are not allowed in horse stalls. PER LOCAL FIRE MARSHAL REGULATION, VIOLATIONS OF THIS SECTION 4 ARE SUBJECT TO A $100 FINE PER OCCURRENCE.

4. CONDUCT. Participants at TRFAM will recognize their roles in furthering the reining, cow horse, and cutting sport by holding themselves to the highest ethical standards.

Participants will adhere to the rules and standards set forth by TRFAM, the National Reining Horse Association (“NRHA”), the National Reined Cow Horse Association (“NRCHA”), and the National Cutting Horse Association (“NCHA”).

Participants will ensure proper treatment of fellow exhibitors, management, and licensed officials while complying with the TRFAM policies and general common horse show safety and animal welfare practices.

5. JUDGES. Judges for TRFAM and related events are selected at the discretion of TRFAM management. Judges must maintain active credentials with all relevant associations. All judging decisions are final. Scorecards and sheets may be made available by show management after the event.

6. PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS. All exhibitors will be subject to the use of photography and videography under the direction of TRFAM management. All photographers and videographers must comply with TRFAM Media and Social Media Guidelines. By competing in TRFAM, exhibitors consent to the use of event photography and videography for promotion, results, and broadcasting.

7. DAMAGE. Owners, trainers, spectators, exhibitors, and related parties are responsible for any damage to the Premises or TRFAM property. Damages must be reimbursed to show management and/or the South Point Hotel & Casino within ten (10) calendar days of receiving an invoice from show management or South Point Hotel & Casino.

8. ENFORCEMENT. TRFAM reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms & Conditions, and all other rules and regulations, including those of the South Point Hotel & Casino, and to determine all matters or questions related to these Terms & Conditions. All decisions by TRFAM and its agents are final. TRFAM trademarks, logos, and slogans may not be used by non-TRFAM personnel. All parties must comply with applicable laws and obtain necessary permits or licenses. TRFAM reserves the right to address unforeseen matters not explicitly covered by these Terms & Conditions as may be necessary. All rules and regulations created or established by TRFAM or the South Point Hotel & Casino relevant to this event are incorporated herein by reference and made part hereof as if fully set forth herein.

9. RIGHT TO CANCEL. TRFAM reserves the right to cancel the event without notice at any time and without liability to you. In the event of such cancellation, entry fees or other show fees paid in advance may be refunded at the discretion of TRFAM.

10. DISQUALIFICATION. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS IS GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION FROM TRFAM AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES, RIGHTS, AND PRIVILEGES. TRFAM reserves the right to refuse, conditionally accept, or cancel entries, disqualify riders or exhibitors, prohibit exhibition, and cancel awards. Exhibitors are responsible for knowing and complying with all policies, rules, and regulations contained in the NRHA, the NRCHA, and the NCHA rulebooks or other applicable sources. Instances of abuse, neglect of animal welfare, and use or dispensing of prohibited substances will result in immediate disqualification and removal.

11. MEDICATIONS POLICY. TRFAM will enforce the medication policies of the relevant governing organizations (NRHA, NCHA, NRCHA). All horses are subject to examination and drug testing by a licensed veterinarian. Cooperation is mandatory.

12. WAIVER AND RELEASE. Under Section 41.519 of the Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann., The Run For A Million, Inc., Pro Management, Inc., and their respective agents, each as an equine activity sponsor engaged in agritourism, is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death to a participant or the personal property of a participant of an agritourism activity if the injury or death results from an inherent risk of the agritourism activity. Participants acknowledge and accept the risk inherent to participating in equine related activities. Participants further acknowledge and understand the unpredictability of equine and their propensity to behave in ways that may result in injury, harm, or death to persons on or around them. Participation in TRFAM shall be at the sole, exclusive, and absolute risk of participants. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, in each case at your sole cost and expense, The Run For A Million, Inc., Pro-Management, Inc., exhibitors and sponsors of the TRFAM, and each of their respective owners, affiliates, partners, joint venturers, representatives, members, managers, designees, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all claims for bodily injury, death, or damage to property or equine, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, suits, losses, judgements, obligations, and any liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to investigative costs, attorneys’ fees and costs, and consultants’ fees and costs) (collectively, “Claims”) which arise or are in any way connected with the events hosted by TRFAM. These indemnity and defense obligations shall apply to any and all acts or omissions or negligent or willful misconduct of the Indemnified Parties, whether active or passive. Such indemnity and defense obligations shall further apply, whether or not such Claims arise out of the concurrent act, omission, or negligence of the Indemnified Parties, whether active or passive. Your indemnification and defense obligations hereunder shall survive and shall continue until any and all actions against the Indemnified Parties for such matters which are indemnified hereunder are fully and finally barred by applicable laws.

By participating in TRFAM, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in TRFAM events is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, rights, and limitations set forth in this Section 13, and that absent your agreement to these provisions, you would not be permitted to participate in any TRFAM events.

MILLION DOLLAR REINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Million Dollar Competition is an NRHA Category 11 approved event and will consist of a single run on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Qualified riders will compete in a single go-round, winner-take-all format for a total purse of $1,000,000.00, with the Champion receiving $500,000.00.

1. QUALIFICATION. TRFAM Million Dollar Competition is limited to sixteen (16) riders who qualified at one of the following events in the 2025-2026 show season:

2. HORSES. All potential Million Dollar Competition horses must pass a soundness check (“Jog”) conducted on site at the South Point Arena by a licensed veterinarian, with three impartial, accredited veterinarians serving as the ground jury. Horses that do not pass the initial Jog on August 13, 2026, may Jog again the following day at a designated time. All competition horses must be named by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on August 14, 2026, following the final soundness check.

The order of go will be determined at the draw party on Friday, August 14, 2026. Each Exhibitor is responsible for attending the draw party to determine their order of go and announcement of each horse being ridden in the Million Dollar Competition.

Substitutions are permitted, provided the substitute horse has already passed the Jog and proper written notice and documentation are submitted to the show office by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

3. RUN OFF. If two or more entries are tied for the Championship at the end of the competition, a work-off will determine the winner. There will be no Co-Champions of the Million Dollar Competition. In the interest of animal welfare, any work-off will be held no sooner than 30 minutes following the last tied score.

4. PRIZE MONEY. For the Million Dollar Competition, the total purse will consist of $1,000,000.00 in added money, plus an additional $40,000.00. The Champion will receive $500,000.00, and the rest of the purse, through 16^th place, will be distributed as follows.

Entries for all Reining classes must be received by July 15, 2026. Entries received after July 15 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

REFUNDS. TRFAM Reining Classes entry fees may be refunded if written notice is provided to the show office or event personnel prior to August 5, 2026. Refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee and any applicable credit card fees. No refunds will be issued for TRFAM Reining Classes entries after August 5, 2026.

HORSE SUBSTITUTION. Horses intended for the Reining Classes may be substituted, provided proper written notice and documentation are submitted to the show office by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before the class.

$100,000 OPEN SHOOTOUT TERMS & CONDITIONS

2027 TRFAM Reining Qualifier

The $100k Open Shootout is a NRHA Category 1 event with $100,000 in added money, paid out according to NRHA Payout Schedule B. The top five individual exhibitors will qualify for the 2027 Million Dollar Challenge. Riders may only qualify once.

BOOTH RANCHES NON PRO REINING CHALLENGE

The Booth Ranches Non Pro Reining Challenge is open to any rider who has qualified through the published qualifying process – competing at a qualifying event, then advancing as one of the top 30 riders at the TRFAM Semi-Finals or by competing at an International Qualifying Event..

Riders are not required to compete on the same horse they rode to qualify. Each horse entered must have an NRHA Competition License, and owners and riders must be current NRHA members in good standing. NRHA Ownership rules apply to the Non Pro class.

The Booth Ranches Non Pro Reining Challenge is an NRHA Category 11 approved event with $125,000 in added money and will pay out according to NRHA Payout Schedule B.

EQUINE IVF ROOKIE 1 and ROOKIE 2

The Equine IVF Rookie 1 and Rookie 2 Reining Challenges are open to riders eligible for the rookie division(s) who have qualified through the published qualifying process – competing at a qualifying event, then advancing as one of the top 20 riders in Rookie 1 and/or top 20 Riders in Rookie 2 at the TRFAM Semi-Finals or by competing at an International Qualifying Event..

Riders are not required to compete on the same horse they rode to qualify. Each horse entered must have an NRHA Competition License, and owners and riders must be current NRHA members in good standing.

Rookie 1 & Rookie 2 classes are NRHA Category 11 approved. All NRHA eligibility rules apply.

O3 ANIMAL HEALTH YOUTH REINING CHALLENGE

The O3 Animal Health Youth Reining Challenge is open to riders eligible for the youth division(s) who have qualified through the published qualifying process – competing at a qualifying event, then advancing as one of the top 10 riders at the TRFAM Semi-Finals or by competing at an International Qualifying Event.

Riders are not required to compete on the same horse they rode to qualify. Each horse entered must have an NRHA Competition License, and owners and riders must be current NRHA members in good standing.

The O3 Animal Health Youth Reining Challenge is NRHA Category 11 approved.

$250,000 ADDED COW HORSE CHALLENGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. QUALIFICATION. TRFAM Cow Horse Challenge riders must qualify by being one of the top five riders in any of the following events:

2. ENTRY FEES. A non-refundable entry fee of $2,500, plus a $150 judges’ fee, is required for all contestants in the Cow Horse Challenge. All fees must be received no later than July 15, 2026. Entries received after July 15 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

3. RIDERS & OWNERS. All riders and owners must be current members of the NRCHA.

4. COMPETITION FORMAT. Both the Cow Horse Challenge and Youth Cow Horse Challenge will consist of one round, with the Rein Work held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, and the Cow Work held on Friday, August 14, 2026.

In the event of a tie for the Championship, the NRCHA tie-break rule will apply: the highest cow work score will break the tie. If a tie remains, a work-off will determine the Champion. There will be no Co-Champions of the Cow Horse Challenge. In the interest of animal welfare, any work-off will be held no sooner than 30 minutes following the last tied score.

The Youth Cow Horse Challenge is open to the top 10 finalists from the 2026 Western Bloodstock World’s Greatest Youth Horseman.

There is no entry or judges’ fee required for contestants in the Youth Cow Horse Challenge.

2. ENTRY FEES. A non-refundable entry fee of $2,500, plus a $500 judges fee and cattle fee, is required for all exhibitors. All fees must be received no later than July 15, 2026. Entries received after July 15 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

3. HORSES. The Cutting Horse Challenge is open to horses of any age or breed.

4. COMPETITION FORMAT. The Cutting Horse Challenge will consist of one round, held on Thursday, August 14, 2026. NCHA Judging Rules, as set forth in the NCHA Handbook, will apply.

If two or more entries are tied for the Championship, a work-off will determine the winner. There will be no Co-Champions of the Cutting Horse Challenge. In the interest of animal welfare, any work-off will be held no sooner than 30 minutes following the last tied score. HORSE SUBSTITUTION. Substitutions for horses competing in the Cutting Horse Challenge are allowed, as long as the change is made in the horse show office by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

COWBOY HERITAGE RANCH CHALLENGE PRESENTED BY MARKEL INSURANCE

1. QUALIFICATION. Ten cowboys from United States Heritage Ranches, one cowboy per ranch, will compete in the 2026 Cowboy Heritage Ranch Challenge at TRFAM. The competition consists of a traditional reining and cow work run with steer stopping. To be eligible to compete, the rider must be a cowboy, not a professional horse trainer.

Invited ranches include 6666 Ranch, Silver Spur Ranches, Las Tunas Ranch, ORO Ranch, Pitchfork Ranch, Rob A. Brown Ranch, Singleton Ranches, Tongue River Ranch, Wagonhound Ranch, and XIT Ranch.

2. ENTRY FEES. A non-refundable $475 entry fee is required of all contestants competing in the Cowboy Heritage Ranch Challenge. All fees must be received no later than July 15, 2026. Entries received after July 15 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

3. HORSES. Eligible horses may be of any age or registration, but must not have earned more than $20,000 in any NRHA, NRCHA, or NCHA competition.

4. COWBOY HERITAGE RANCH CHALLENGE FORMAT. The Cowboy Heritage Ranch Challenge will be one round, with the rein work held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, and the cow work with steer stopping held on Friday, August 14, 2026.

If, at the end of the competition, two or more entries are tied for the Championship, the NRCHA tie-break rule will be used: the highest cow work score will break the tie. If a tie remains, a work-off will determine the Champion. There will be no Co-Champions of the Cowboy Heritage Ranch Challenge. In the interest of animal welfare, any work-off will be held no sooner than 30 minutes following the last tied score.

5. PRIZE MONEY. For the Cowboy Heritage Ranch Challenge, the total purse will consist of a minimum of $30,000. The Champion will receive $7,500, and the rest of the purse will be paid through 10^th place as determined by TRFAM.

RACE TO THE SLIDE PRESENTED BY THORSPORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. QUALIFICATION. The Race to the Slide is open to riders who are current members of the NRHA, NRCHA, or NCHA, as well as cowboys competing in the Heritage Ranch Competition. Entries are limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. ENTRY FEES. A non-refundable entry fee of $1,000 is required of all contestants competing in the Race to the Slide. The class is operating as 100% payback. All fees must be received no later than noon, August 5. If space is available, late entries may be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, August 14, 2026.

3. HORSES. The Race to the Slide is open to horses of all ages and breeds.

4. RACE TO THE SLIDE FORMAT. The Race to the Slide will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026. The score will be determined by adding the length of the longest single slide mark, plus the speed, which will be measured by a radar gun. If no stop is attempted, the entry will be ineligible to win the $10,000 fastest speed bonus.

Example: A 30’ slide plus a 25-mph speed would equal a total score of 55.

If, at the end of the competition, two or more entries are tied for the Championship, the tie-breaker will be the length of the slide. If a tie remains, a slide-off will determine the Champion. There will be no Co-Champions of the Race to the Slide. In the interest of animal welfare, any slide-off will be held no sooner than 15 minutes after the last tied score.

5. PRIZE MONEY. The Race to the Slide features $70,000 in added money. There will be a $10,000 award to the entry that has the longest slide, and $10,000 to the entry that has the fastest speed recorded. The remaining purse shall be paid out per NRHA Schedule B.

6. NRHA APPROVAL. The Race to the Slide is NOT NRHA-approved.
