The Rookie 1 and Rookie 2 Challenges will run concurrently on Wednesday, August 12, at the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center in Las Vegas. To reach that stage, most competitors first had to qualify for the Semi-Finals, which were held during the 6666 NRHA Derby presented by Markel. From there, they had to finish in the top 20 to advance to The Run For A Million. International qualifiers from China, Australia, and Brazil earned a direct path to Las Vegas.

Cheryl Cody, The Run For A Millionโ€™s Show Manager, said EquineIVFโ€™s support is especially meaningful because the Rookie Challenges represent an important part of the eventโ€™s growth.

โ€œThe Run For A Million was created to showcase the very best in the Western performance horse industry, and that includes making room for competitors who are working their way up and earning their place on this stage,โ€ Cody said. โ€œWe are so grateful to EquineIVF for supporting the Rookie 1 and Rookie 2 Challenges. These competitors have already proven themselves through a multi-step qualifying process, and it means a great deal to have a sponsor that understands the importance of investing in the future of both our horses and our people.โ€

EquineIVF is a nationally recognized leader in advanced equine reproductive technologies, specializing in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection, known as ICSI, oocyte aspiration, embryo transfer, embryo vitrification, and nationwide reproductive services. Headquartered in Tomball, Texas, EquineIVF works with horse owners, breeders, veterinarians, and stallion owners across the United States to help preserve elite genetics and produce the next generation of performance horses.

Carl Rose, Director of Marketing and Sales for EquineIVF, said sponsoring the Rookie Challenges was a natural fit for the company.

โ€œAt EquineIVF, we believe the future of the horse industry is built by investing in both exceptional horses and exceptional people,โ€ Rose said. โ€œThe Run For A Million showcases the very best in Western performance horses while providing a stage for the next generation of competitors. Sponsoring the Rookie Challenges was a natural fit because it reflects our mission of building the future, whether that is helping breeders preserve elite genetics through advanced reproductive technologies or supporting the rising athletes who will shape our industryโ€™s future. Weโ€™re honored to partner with The Run For A Million and look forward to connecting with horse owners, breeders, and fans throughout this incredible event.

Through innovation, education, and compassionate care, EquineIVF is committed to advancing the future of equine reproduction while making cutting-edge reproductive technologies more accessible nationwide.

โ€œWe want people to understand that EquineIVF is more than an ICSI laboratory. We are a partner in helping preserve the future of the equine industry,โ€ Rose said. โ€œOur mission is to make advanced reproductive technologies more accessible while helping breeders, horse owners, and veterinarians preserve elite genetics and maximize the potential of their breeding programs. Whether someone owns a world champion or a cherished heart horse, we are committed to providing education, innovation, and compassionate service every step of the way. We believe the horses competing today inspire the champions of tomorrow, and we are proud to play a role in preserving those bloodlines for future generations.โ€

The Run For A Million continues to bring together elite riders, horses, owners, breeders, sponsors, and fans from around the world. With the addition of EquineIVF as the presenting sponsor of the Rookie 1 and Rookie 2 Challenges, the event will again shine a spotlight on competitors who represent the future of the sport.
